Listening and clinical music therapy
The American Music Therapy Association describes music therapy as professional practice delivered within a therapeutic relationship by a trained, credentialed practitioner. A self-guided listening catalogue offers a different experience. Raag & Reel does not provide clinical music therapy or an individual treatment plan.
What the catalogue labels mean
Source-listed means a linked reference supports the attribution. It is not a statement that the recording has been clinically studied. Raag-based, inspired, mixed and disputed qualify the musical relationship. Checked YouTube recording refers to editorial recording review; it is not a medical endorsement.
Keep research and interpretation separate
Read what a study actually tested before drawing a conclusion. Check the population, comparison, activity, outcome and limitations. Treat claims that a named raag cures a condition with caution, and seek qualified healthcare advice for persistent symptoms or changes to care.
